General Registration for the Summer Session opens Monday!
Parents & kids are invited to join me to learn about ADHD

Summer is the perfect time for busy families to take make time for personal growth! Kids and parents can learn about ADHD and improve executive functioning skills to help for the next school year (and beyond) with the TEACH Me ADHD summer session.
What is this class?
Jr Detectives (kids) and Sr Detectives (parents) participate in 75-minute interactive training missions weekly for 8 weeks. The mission meetings train participants to become detectives learning about ADHD by collaborating to uncover clues and working on weekly deeds and family missions that build on the skills learned during the training sessions while having fun! Jr and Sr Detectives won't even realize they're building executive functioning skills and learning about managing ADHD.Families take the class TOGETHER so they learn to connect, communicate and collaborate with each other while navigating the road ahead. They share evidence of their deeds and missions with the group so we can all boost one another and keep the motivation to learn going.
Classes are 75 minutes in length and on zoom so families anywhere can participate as long as you have access to a computer and internet!
What if you will have to miss 1 or 2 sessions? You will have access to pre-recorded content to make up and view sessions on your own!
In this 8-week course, you and your child will learn:
What ADHD is and that they're NOT ALONE!
The importance of healthy habits
Emotional regulation
Planning and organization
Communication strategies for healthy relationships
ADHD medicines as part of an ADHD Care Plan
Ways to boost feeling positive
