ADHD, Executive functioning, anxiety, and more!

I’ve had several blog platforms over the years — at times I wrote near daily posts and lately I’ve had long periods of inactivity.

During this inactive period I’ve been busy working, starting new adventures with TEACH Me ADHD, and trying to figure out where I want to direct my energies. I’m still in that process, but part of my discovery is that I want to narrow my focus.

I’ve been a general pediatrician for over 25 years and have been drawn to managing patients with ADHD and anxiety because when they get the right treatment it changes their lives for the better in notable ways.

Historically I’ve written about a variety of issues related to pediatric healthcare, but I’m going to focus on posts about ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning, and related issues moving forward.

So… if you followed for general pediatric content and have no interest in these areas, feel free to unsubscribe now.

BUT, if you know people who struggle with living day to day, losing track of time, missing appointments and deadlines. forgetting what they intended to do, and just in general want to learn about self-improvement, feel free to share this newsletter. It will always be free.

If you’re ready to learn a little about neuroscience and basic self-help tips for overcoming executive functioning and anxiety-related challenges, stay tuned!
